Dr. Sara Safari is a sought-after educator, speaker, consultant and coach in the field of Innovation leadership. She received her Ph.D. in Business Administration from Wilhelm Leibniz University of Hanover with the focus on the complexity paradigm and its applications for creating a collaborative decision-making culture amongst different stakeholders.
Throughout her research, teaching, consulting and coaching experiences during the past 20 years, Dr. Safari has inspired and empowered several leaders with different cultures and backgrounds throughout their journeys to unfold and enhance their leadership potentials and has inspired them to bring more kindness, compassion, and consciousness into our world.
Dr. Safari’s multi-cultural background, however, gives her a unique insight, desire, and opportunity to raise multi-cultural consciousness and provides her with openness to new people and their particular situations.
